During the employment process there are multiple levels of background verification that are required for both insurance and security purposes. A valid Driver's License is required for all employees along with proper background check and drug screening to ensure successful completion of the interviewing process. You are given legal notice that you must agree to provide valid identification and furthermore are allowing Pacific Land Consultants, Inc. to authorize investigation through the above mentioned processes at their sole discretion. In the event that a legal matter ensues you are also granting Pacific Land Consultants, Inc. to enter into arbitration and surrender your ability of choice of legal representation/negotiation/settlement and agree to a compensated settlement to be limited to no more $100.00 plus legal fees.
